**1 FULL-TIME POSITION and 1 PART-TIME POSITION**Available

**Night Audit and Restaurant Help (part-time)**
- Previous Hotel Front Desk experience or office admin experience preferred

**DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, room assignments, register arriving guests
- Answer switchboard
- Compile and check daily records, monitor guest and company accounts (both computerized and manually)
- Prepare guests’ statements of charges (invoices), receive and enter payments
- Coordinates and communicate room status updates with the housekeeping department
- Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures

**YOU MUST ALREADY POSSESS**

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES**
- Neat in appearance
- Knowledge of accounting basics at a minimum

- Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all guests, co-workers, and general public
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Highly organized and able to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events
