**Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay**

**Audit and balance reports from the day shifts**

**Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day**

**Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments**

**Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed**

**Answer phones and place reservations**

**Run EOD computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift**

**Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cards**

**Balance cash drawers and record receipts**

**Facilitate the deposit of guests' valuables in hotel safe**

Summary
As a DUAL POSITION- Hotel Night Auditor and Front Desk, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. With core skills in customer service, front desk operations, and hotel experience, you will handle check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your premium skills in multilingual abilities and phone etiquette will be advantageous in catering to a diverse clientele. Your role is pivotal in upholding the standards of guest services and hospitality, making you an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to all our guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in night auditing and guest services
- Strong hospitality skills and ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
