**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight shifts. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

**Duties**

  • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of guest accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette at all times.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Skills**

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
