**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight shifts. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

**Duties**
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of guest accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
