**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage executive schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments using Outlook Calendar.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries through phone systems, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing office supplies.
- Assist in financial record keeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow across departments.
- Property management role and showings of propertidea

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a professional setting.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
