**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process to provide necessary documentation and insights.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimise liquidity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, PBS, or similar platforms is essential.
- Strong financial management skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in accounts payable processes and financial reporting is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
