**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join or team to establish a Business Development Center at Taylor Ford. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to drive sales and service opportunities through proactive communication. This role is critical in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all customers who interact with our dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact and follow up with leads from various sources, including online platforms, previous customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and setting appointments for sales or service teams.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date customer database (CRM system).
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments.
- Assist with customer outreach campaigns to increase sales and service appointments.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Ford products, services, promotions, and the dealership's offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every lead is handled with care and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a BDC, sales, or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve dealership goals.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles, products, and services is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
