Looking to add a financial controller to our team to work closely with the Owner, the General Sales Manager and the Service Manager. A detail oriented individual who is motivated and experienced, will be responsible for the financial control framework of this automotive dealership.

Salary will be based upon experience

responsibilities will include
- Generate Monthly Financial Statements, Doc
- Commissioning of all deals
- Follow up with manufacturer for Rebates and Incentives
- Government reporting (HST, WSIB, EHT, payroll tax, PST)
- Payroll
- Oversee Admin staff, ensure there is overall performance and efficiency within the department
- Manage and support bookkeeping functions including Payables, Receivables, Reconcile, Analyze Schedules ,
- Year end paperwork/review with external auditors and provide support for year end inventory
- Other Responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS;
AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP CONTROLLER EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED WITH A KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF APPLICABLE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL REGULATIONS AND LAWS PERTAINING TO THIS INDUSTRY.

DETAIL ORIENTED AND WELL ORGANIZED

SKILLED IN THE ANALYSIS AND CREATION OF BUSINESS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

SOLID ANALYTICAL AND MATHEMATICS ABILITIES WITH THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING PRACTICES

STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
