**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Estimate repair costs and provide quotes to customers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service timelines
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized service area

**Experience**:

- Chrysler experience an asset
- Previous experience in automotive repair or dealership environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand customer concerns and explain repairs

We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as a benefit plan

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
