Office Administrator

Tempo Framing Systems is a high-volume frame manufacturer for the University, College and Not for Profit markets. We are looking for someone to support our office team and the Framing Program Manager as needed.
Duties may include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Data entry
- Preparing invoices, handling sales orders and credits.
- Assist with purchasing and sourcing materials.
- Assist with marketing promotions, trade shows and meetings.
We expect you to be a self-starter and work on your own with mínimal supervision. This position requires you to have a valid driver's license as some light travel (3 or 4 times per year) within Ontario may be required.
Education: College or University degree.
Skills: Above average typing skills, experience with Microsoft word, excel, office and strong math skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday, from 9 am
- 5pm. No holidays are allowed during our peak season (January & March-June and October).
**Salary**: $17.96 per hour
