**Summary**

We are seeking a talented, creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist/HR to join our dynamic team at Kemflo Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our audience. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our brand as we celebrate 35 years of excellence in the industry. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Conduct research to identify trends in digital marketing, social media, and emerging AI tools to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with clients and engage in field work to understand their needs and align campaigns accordingly.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
- Assist in SEO efforts to improve website visibility through effective social media promotion
- Assist HR with job posting screening and interview process.
- Assist Health & Safety Team by facilitating meetings, taking notes, conducting office safety checks and following up on processes for safety and compliance
- Support day-to-day HR related functions
- Provide HR best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/research

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is an asset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and high comfort with learning new technologies
- Diploma/Degree (or equivalent education/experience)

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
