POSITION: Office Assistant (permanent, part-time)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Lead Pastor
PURPOSE: The Office Assistant manages the office operations of Living Hope Church and provides direct administrative support to church staff and core church ministries, thus directly contributing to the mission of the church.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate financial records and liaise closely with the Church bookkeeper.
- The role can be tailored to fit your skillset, hours, and grow with you as things change. There's flexibility to partially work home at times, or adjust work days to fit vacation or family needs.
THE PERSON:
They are willing to participate in the central life of the church, intiating and facilitating good communication and organization for the community. Helping members communicate with each other and organize ministries.
- Works well on computers. The job is primarily done on computer. Are competant in digital communication and design.
- Has strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Is a team player, adaptable, approachable
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills
- Pays close attention to detail
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
