Responsible for the finance work for all branches in Canada. Including,

1) Bank related matters

2) Responsible for daily accounting work with support from overseas accounting service center

3) Responsible for Branch cash flow forecast and control

4) Responsible for monthly/annual financial closing and preparing financial statements per internal instructions and timeline

5) Responsible for promoting internal control policy and making sure compliance in all branches

6) Responsible for customer credit review and approval

7) Work with outside CPA and ensure a timely and properly monthly/annual tax filing

8) Assist annual internal audit

9) Assist yearly budget

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree major in finance or above

2. 5-8 years+ accounting experience ）

3. Familiar with Canada accounting and tax rules

4. Self-motivated and can work under pressure and independently

5. Strong leadership/good communication

6. Mandarin speaking is preferable

7. Experience in freight forward industry is preferable

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mandarin (preferred)
