**Overview**:
FAHM Technology Partners is seeking a proactive and dedicated Finance Manager to handle full-cycle accounting and financial management for FAHM and its affiliated companies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and leadership, including overseeing a bookkeeper.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting and Bookkeeping**:

- Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial statements along with reconciliations
- Perform monthly and yearly closing processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with ASPE standards.
- Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Process and issue invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system and lead aging analysis.
- **Accounts Payable**:

- Record and manage bills and automate vendor payments.
- Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records.
- **Payroll**:

- Administer payroll in accordance with employment regulations.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax and deduction requirements.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with external auditors, accountants and comply with all governmental reporting requirements.
- Prepare GST/HST reports and manage filings.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation (completed or in process) or equivalent international accounting designation is highly regarded.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
