Prime Finance, a premier mortgage brokerage is seeking a talented Advertising Specialist to join our team and help us in achieving excellence in our marketing efforts.

**Position Overview**:
As our Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing campaigns to new heights. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing ads across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram, to maximize our reach, engagement, and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Advertising Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns.
- Expertise in creating and optimizing ads on Google MCC Account, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixels and Instagram Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
- Monitor and reduce lead acquisition cost.
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing, action plan and results.

**Job Types**: Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
