Job: ERP Data Administrator

The Company is a North American distributor of luxury decorative plumbing and hardware products. Our focus is to offer curated brands to our network of high-end kitchen and bath showrooms across the US and Canada. We are looking for an ERP Data Administrator to join our team and be a part of the growth of this unique and innovative business.

Position details:
The ERP Data Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing optimal business processes in order to maintain our DDI ERP system and improve overall efficiency and data accuracy.

The ERP Data Administrator works independently taking a proactive approach in supporting the Company in ensuring a value commitment to all business partners is met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all product data within DDI ERP system, including master listing of products for all brands and relevant supporting documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within DDI ERP system.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Train and support other team members on utilization of DDI ERP system.
- Help manage inventory planning and ensure physical receipt of inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements.
- Generate reports and analyze data for insights and trends.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions.
- Build rework profiles and issue work orders to the warehouse for product changes required to fulfill backorders.
- Prepare plating work orders.
- Perform other function-related activities in addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities as required by business needs.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, power point, and electronic mail).
- ERP Knowledge (DDI software experience would be an asset, but not necessary)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Plumbing knowledge preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
