**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with various departments including production, procurement, and sales to ensure alignment on scheduling priorities.
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to forecast material needs and manage inventory effectively.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the production line.
- Analyze data trends to make informed decisions regarding capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capabilities.
- Prepare reports on scheduling performance metrics for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle, as well as MRP processes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to demand planning and supply chain management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Join us in this pivotal role where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
