**Job description**

As one of Canada's largest hirail equipped vehicle rental companies, we are looking to add to our existing team to support the railroads across North America.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day mobilization of casual delivery drivers, including maintaining driver records, dispatch, legal requirements, and training from our Elliot Lake, Ontario location.
- **Fleet Responsibilities**:_
- Maintaining all Fleet records
- Responsible for mobilizing trucks across Canada and assigning drivers
- Ensuring drivers are adept on procedures and protocol
- Customer Service
- Filing, timesheets, fuel cards, credit card reconciliations
- Data entry and front desk phones/service
- **Qualifications**:_
- Three years of previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Advanced computer skill with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Quickbooks & Access knowledge would be considered an asset
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
- Dispatch (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
