Computershare Communications Services has a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as a **Relationship Manager.**

Computershare’s Communication Services (CCS) provides integrated customer communication solutions worldwide. We consult, design, build and orchestrate smart communications solutions across traditional and emerging channels to help clients drive increased customer engagement and optimise operational efficiencies. We enable our clients to meet legislative compliance and regulatory requirements across their full communications suite. We help keep our internal and external verticals at the forefront of cutting edge digital and print communication practices.

CCS Canada teams are located across Canada. The Internal Client Services team is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario and are responsible for managing the communications-based solutions and services provided to various Computershare business units to supplement, enhance and support the primary business services they provide to Clients.

**A role you will love**

Working within a Client Services group and reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager (“SRM”) of that group, the Relationship Manager (“RM”) is responsible for managing day-to-day activities for an assigned group of clients within a region, branch or business unit. The RM will provide exceptional service to clients within established timeframes, promoting and assisting clients with new products and services, and meeting key product promotion targets for their assigned clients. The RM will work to exceed established service standards, client satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Score targets for their assigned group of clients.
- Overall responsibility for and management of the relationship between CCS and the assigned business unit representatives and/or Clients in relation to the delivery of Communication based services.
- Build trusted relationships between CCS and business unit representatives and/or clients through the delivery of Communication Services.
- Ensure that Client Satisfaction ratings, net promoter score and product utilization targets for a specific region and/or Business Unit are met.
- Manage day-to-day activities, including schedule management and requirements gathering, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and job deadlines are met.
- Work with Business unit representatives and / or clients to ensure the retention of existing business and the procurement of new business.
- Ensure all billing for assigned clients is completed accurately and on time.

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience is required.
- At least 2 years’ experience managing a client portfolio - preferably related to services in physical and digital communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate diplomatically with clients, internal business partners, team members and other key stakeholders.
- Flexibility with proven ability to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
- Self-motivated
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new technology Bilingual (English and French) preferred
