**The Role**

Our customers are made up of leading investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, commodity houses, and brokerage firms (collectively representing over 20 trillion dollars of AUM). This role will see you play a fundamental role in cultivating TradingHub's customer relationships in North America.

You will develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and a deep understanding of the market, allowing you to build multi-level partnerships with customers focused on solving idiosyncratic business problems. This will involve broadening our relationship with customers, increasing our reach across different business lines to drive adoption of our full product suite, and identifying customer-driven product development in areas where TradingHub is best positioned to deliver further best-in-class services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building commercially focused relationships with key decision-makers, as well as maintaining existing ones
- Understanding your customers and representing them internally with accuracy and insight
- Analyse your customer's product use and ensure they are engaging optimally, maximizing our products' benefits
- Ensure customers benefit from the wealth of internal resources available to them, including regulatory insight and the knowledge we've gained through delivering solutions to their peers
- Owning account planning, strategy for individual customers, pipelines, and renewal dates
- Hosting events for customers and working closely with TradingHub senior management on this

**Requirements**:

- Excellence in commercial relationship building and influencing
- Minimum 3 years of financial markets experience
- Strong understanding of capital markets
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role
- Proactive and passionate approach, able to liaise successfully with multiple layers of stakeholder
- The ability to explain complex topics in a non-complex manner
- Organised and good with time management
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Cross-asset and fintech exposure is desirable
- Experience selling into asset management/hedge funds is desirable
