**_ As a Senior Account Administrator, a typical day might include:_**

- Delivering excellent administrative support and customer service, while adhering to company guidelines and workflows
- Answering telephones and directs calls, both in and outside of the office, as may be required
- Greeting, assisting, and/or signing in visitors
- Distributing incoming mail courier packages, abeyances, and other materials
- Maintaining office filing and storage cabinet cleanliness and organization
- Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering
- Assisting in corporate event planning
- Assisting brokers in the preparation of new and renewal documentation, including but not limited to:

- Certificates
- Invoicing
- Spreadsheets, proposals, and quote documents
- Binders, Cover Notes, and other policy documentation
- General physical and electronic file maintenance
- General clerical support

- Attending meetings and records minutes, as required
- Facilitating bank deposits, as required
- Performing additional duties, as required

**_ Must haves:_**

- Minimum 6 months of insurance experience, consistently meeting internal core competencies
- A valid Quebec license or RIBO and additional provincial licenses may also be required within 6 months to a year of employment

- Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations considered an asset
- Post Secondary Degree considered an asset
- Experience using Epic broker management system an asset
