**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable Duties:_
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Prepare and process payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Office Administration Duties:_
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support HR and finance teams with onboarding, documentation, and reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office administration.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
