**Job Summary**:Our Property Operations employees are the backbone of our business providing our homeowners with a community they are proud to call home. We currently have an opening as a full-time Grounds / Maintenance with a competitive compensation package with benefits, bonus, and pension-matching plan**.**

**Job Details**:

- Responsible for grounds maintenance including landscaping, pruning, hedging, grass and soil management throughout the Community.
- Comfortable and able to operate the following tools: skid steer, chainsaws, weed eaters, and front platform riding mowers
- Snow removal from roadways and other areas as required.
- Ensuring ongoing communication with your direct manager and informing them of any and all pertinent activities within the Community.
- Be aware of and operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation, standards and Company safety policies at all times.
- Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Be prepared to act on after hours emergencies as required.
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, standards and Company safety policies at all times.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
- Oral & written communication skills
- Chainsaw training certificate would be an asset.
