**unitii corp **is a fast growing, dynamic real estate company, located in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in Development, Property Management & Investment. We are currently looking for a Building Manager for property in Spruce Grove.

**Building Manager Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and deposit all monthly rent and fee payments
- Ensure daily and weekly cleanliness of building and grounds is maintained to a high standard
- Prepare and show available suites
- Prepare, complete and manage all resident related paperwork and files
- Conduct all aspects of the resident move-in and move-out process
- Prepare and execute paperwork as well as conduct evictions as needed
- Enforce building and company rules and regulations in accordance with the RTA
- Minor maintenance
- Receive and respond to maintenance requests and supervise any contractors on site
- Monitor and maintain the integral systems at the building, such as heating/water and fire alarm systems, conducting monthly safety checks as well as annual inspections
- Provide all required reports and returns to Head Office in established timelines
- Engage in any educational or training programs offered by unitii
- Be prepared to manage emergencies and work irregular hours if necessary on short notice
- Any other assigned building manager duties as required

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
