.T. Duties : A
- ct as a point of contact for IT-related queries, resolving tickets efficiently. L
- iase with Service Desk and 2nd level IT support when necessary to resolve all computer and phone issues in the branch. D
- iagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, conference equipment and mobile devices. M
- aintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems. R
- espond effectively to potentially high volume of requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact. I
- nstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. P
- erform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance. S
- upport network connectivity issues and basic server troubleshooting. E
- nsure compliance with IT policies and security protocols. C
- oordinate and perform computer lease rollovers according to schedule defined by project leader. C
- ommunicate with technicians from Xerox, IBM, DELL, Canon, HP, etc. M
- ove computer equipment in the office as needed and perform hardware audit activities upon requests. S
- end damaged computer equipment for recycling. D
- ocument technical procedures and user guides for the team. A

dministrative Duties: P
- rovide backup to reception and mailroom. M
- aintain all equipment in branch (i.e. photocopiers, printers, office moves, coffee supplies) A
- ssist in event coordination (i.e. set up of videoconferencing, data projector, laptop, etc.) M
- anage mailroom responsibilities (all incoming and outgoing mail/packages/couriers) B
- uilding Maintenance requests (i.e., heat / cold, lights out, washroom items such as paper towels and soap) I
- ssue access cards to employees G
- reet staff, couriers, insureds and visitors to the branch O
- ne off-items such as printer replacements/ printers repairs P
- oint of contact for all celebrations / events / EAW / holiday party (set up/clean up) O
- ther duties as assigned W

- t least 1 year of hands-on experience in PC support/ IT helpdesk or similar roles. H
- igh level of computer knowledge and ability to learn new concepts quickly. P
- roficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite. S
- trong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. S
- trong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. P
- rofessional and courteous in all interactions with internal and external customers. A
- bility to remain calm and effective under pressure while addressing multiple demands. H

igh degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada. S
