Collins Aerospace is looking for a PC Support Technician based out of the Edmonton Airport in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The PC Support Technician will assist in providing basic technical support for computers and associated networks. This individual will be performing these duties in a face-to-face customer environment.

The PC Support Technician will perform rotating shift work in a 24x7x365 environment.

Rotating Shifts:

- Shift morning - 08:00 to 16:00
- Shift evening - 16:00 to 00:00
- Shift midnight - 00:00 to 08:00

**Onsite**:Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Installing/replacing hardware (computers, printers, laptops, etc.) and validating solution implementation is completed
- Responds to any trouble calls from the Customer(s)
- Troubleshoot and identify hardware errors in computers, printers, laptops, etc.
- Work with asset, spares and consumables management

**Basic Qualifications**:

- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be able to maintain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Must be able to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a field technician role or comparable experience
- Knowledge and experience with Windows 7 and 10 platforms
- Possess troubleshooting skills, and the ability to identify hardware errors in computers, printers, laptops, etc.;
- Understands SLAs, severity levels, and industry best practices.
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Experience with asset, spares and consumables management
