We are looking for like-minded individuals who will thrive in a work environment where no day is exactly the same. We are currently seeking a **Support Analyst** for our facility located in **Edmonton**, Alberta.

**MAIN JOB TASKS**:

- User desktop and server support and administration
- Configuring, installing and/or implementing upgrades to computer hardware and software
- Support of LAN/WAN connected devices i.e. PC’s/Laptops, printers, switches and routers in a TCP/IP environment.
- Maintaining information if Service Ticketing System and Database
- Ensure the operations of IT infrastructure and facilities at local and remote company locations while maintaining a high level of client performance, functionality and availability
- Involvement in external and internal projects as assigned
- Communicate with users in person, or electronically to troubleshoot difficulties and provide solutions and information
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Relevant post-secondary diploma in Computer Sciences/Systems Technology or related fields
- Must have at least 6 months of directly related industry experience
- Skilled in reading, writing, speaking English and active listening
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in an environment where client contact is exclusively on-line (remote)
