**You as a Project Coordinator will**:

- Support Project team in all administrative functions and support the on-site project accountant
- Support the Project Managers in providing peer reviews of client reports and creating reports based on information collected from sites
- Compile reports ensuring uniformity with EllisDon’s expectations
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and training materials
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, events, meetings and office moves

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have one to three years of Project Coordination/Administrative experience in the Construction or Restoration Industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- You have gained experience working in a construction site environment and understand the construction process
- You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
- An interest and knowledge of the restoration and construction Industry is considered an asset
- Proficiency in construction and restoration terminology is considered an asset
