**Position Overview**:
As an Office Manager/Proposal Writer at TCA, you will play a crucial role in managing office operations while contributing to the preparation of complex proposals for architectural projects. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an office management or proposal writing role.
- Post-secondary education is an asset, but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proof-reading capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of architectural terms and industry practices is a significant asset.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the Partners’ appointment calendars and coordinate virtual/in-person meetings.
- Read and assess complex government architectural proposal requests to determine their suitability for our firm.
- Organize and prepare detailed proposals for government-funded architectural projects.
- Prepare architectural fee proposals for non-government projects.
- Take meeting minutes and create supporting documentation as needed.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for various tasks and reporting.
- Maintain and organize files on Google Drive or other cloud-based platforms.
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries, including arranging for external printing when required.
- Prepare and post recruitment ads as necessary and assist with the on-boarding of new team members.
- Maintain the architectural materials library and manage office supplies inventory.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the boardroom, reception area, and kitchen spaces

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
