Dental Practice Manager – Lead Our Team to Excellence
Are you a strong leader with a passion for people, organization, and healthcare? Our busy and growing dental practice. Our office is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and help us continue to deliver outstanding care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
- Manage and train front office and clinical staff
- Ensure exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Monitor schedules, production, and collections to meet performance goals
- Handle HR tasks such as hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with insurance companies and manage billing processes
- Collaborate with the dentist/owner on strategy, budgeting, and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in dental office management (required)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and scheduling systems
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency with dental software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
