In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Coordinator from our Markham Head Office. This position is classified as intermediate skill level with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced role (Lead Coordinator/Dispatcher) in the future.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinating for 2-3 project managers inclusive of:

- Scheduling and dispatching a small group of technicians (8-12).
- Opening work orders, issuing purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors, invoicing and supplying reports to customers as required.
- Proactive/reactive work + problem solving as required, dependent on PM + customer needs.
- Coordinating/re-scheduling as emergencies come in.
- Comprehensive billing support across electrical service (T+M + quoted)

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 2 years of experience working as a Service Project Coordinator or Dispatcher for a Trades company
- Ability to think critically and execute in a timely manner
- Familiarity with the Trades Industry _(Electrical Trade is highly preferred)_
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Comfortable with conflict resolution and independent problem solving
