seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming work environment for our staff. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee training and development.

This individual will be instrumental in driving and implementing best practices that will elevate our HR function to the next level. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives, strategic insights, and a proactive approach to address the evolving needs of our workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, termination, and changes to employee benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database and physical files
- Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and concerns, conducting investigations, and assisting with disciplinary actions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
