**Human Integrity HR** is a recruitment agency located in Mississauga. Our offices overlook Pearson International Airport with a great team of professionals looking to make a positive difference in the clients we serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new business opportunities to grow our client base
- Screen & Qualify inbound resumes and leads
- Conduct phone interviews, face-to-face interviews and schedule and conduct onsite and remote interviews.
- Communicate with different employers, identify accurate job information and post job ads on various channels; attending the job fair and plan recruitment event
- Create and implement initiatives to improve the recruitment process.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and materials.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree or college diploma in a field related to management such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or human resource is preferred
- Experience working at a any talent sourcing agency is a major bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems;
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and listening skills
- Extremely well organized and diligent
