**About the role**:
**What you'll do**:

- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Coordinate the hiring process end to end
- Monitoring staffing logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members.
- Network with potential companies to build client base for the company
- Maintain relationships with new clients and staff based on their needs
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans

**What you'll bring**:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter, or similar role
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Team Spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Able to communicate in **Spanish **(required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
