**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and provide landscaping solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track sales activities using CRM software.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to provide the best service possible.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping services and outdoor design is a plus.
COMMISSIONS ONLY POSITION*
Pay: $20,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
