Are your customer service skills beyond the norm? Factory Outlet Trailers is looking for a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team in High River, Alberta

**What You'll Do**:

- Be the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
- Qualify new leads and ensure accurate information is collected to set the stage for successful sales.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support smooth processes and exceed customer expectations.
- Use Social Media Channels, Groups, and Marketplace among others to generate incoming sales leads

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. The pay scale will range between $40,000 and $60,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
