**Purpose**:
- Responsible for processing all inventory home files for Daytona Homes & City Homes and mitigating inventory risk._
**Key Objectives**:
- Creation of all inventory files (once signed off by Sales Manager & VP - Housing)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding property inventory, availability, and updates.
- Purchasing lots
- Lot verification form
- Adding lots into Footing Report and managing movement of sold/cancelled presales
- Managing lot holds
- Strong understanding of product lines, model lineup, and subdivisions to be able to select additions to inventory that will sell well.
- Profit analysis of each inventory file.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned
**Skill Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills
- Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Very strong attention to detail
