**About the Role**:
Space Race Cannabis is hiring a **hands-on** and detail-oriented **Inventory & Logistics Coordinator** to oversee the full order fulfillment process—**from picking and packing outbound shipments to verifying all associated paperwork and product details**. You will play a central role in ensuring all products are correctly prepared, documented, and shipped to meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards.
This role is **not a desk job**. You will be on your feet, actively managing the movement of inventory, physically building orders, and making sure everything is accounted for—from shipping logs to lot numbers. Occasional operation of a 5-ton truck will be required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Pick, pack, and build outbound customer orders with 100% accuracy**:
- **Complete and verify all outbound shipment paperwork**, ensuring everything matches shipping logs and customer requirements
- **Track and confirm lot numbers** for all incoming and outgoing products to meet compliance standards
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Stock and organize inventory accurately in designated areas
- Conduct weekly cycle counts (~25% of total inventory each week)
- Assist with cannabis receiving and compliance documentation
- Operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Support the fulfillment of care packages and Shopify orders during downtime
- Occasionally drive a 5-ton truck for deliveries or pick-ups as needed
- Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and company operations
**Qualifications**:
- Direct experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Meticulous attention to detail for verifying paperwork, lot tracking, and product accuracy
- Forklift certified or willing to become certified
- Comfortable and capable of driving a 5-ton truck when needed
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with cannabis inventory (or willingness to learn regulated processes)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and own tasks from start to finish
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
