**Hybrid role**

As the Exam Operations & Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of the MCC exams and assessments.

**What you’ll do**
- Administers user access including permission levels to the Practice Test Portal, and Item/Form Review systems.
- Participates in QA/testing for session set-up. Runs mock tests. Ensures data systems and outputs are configured properly and sends to Assessments Content Development Team.
- Helps with set-up of the registration and scheduling of exam sessions within the various exam systems
- Helps track and log system related issues and liaises with vendor to resolve system issues.
- Supports the coordination of activities with the Exam Operations & Administration Team, IT, RRC, Comms & Mark, Finance, and the vendor to ensure the smooth delivery of the exam.
- Liaises with internal staff to ensure the smooth running of the exams and assessments.
- Supports production activities of temporary staff, and workroom activities
- Supports pre & post exam shipment processing activities
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting of exam systems and works with vendors or IT as required to resolve issues.
- Identifies areas for continuous improvement in processes and procedures and, when appropriate, supports the implementation and documentation of these improvements..
- Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

**What you need to succeed**

**Experience**:

- Three years of previous experience in an operational environment
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in project/program coordination

**Technical Skills**:

- Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work both independently as well as in team settings within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Proficiency in the use of new technologies, early adopter and keen to learn

**Competencies**:

- High standards of customer service excellence
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
- Responsiveness to time-sensitive requests
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or related equivalent experience

**Language**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; bilingualism in French is considered an asset
