Exam Invigilator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Scheduling and Examination Services (SES) supports various exam types, which include writing with a traditional pen and paper, writing on a digital device, to those writing remotely at home. These types can manifest in a number of ways, from accommodated exams, distance exams that take place globally, deferred or make-up exams. The exam environment provides multiple possible combinations (from no, partial to advanced digital solutions), and the exam paper itself has differing pedagogical requirements.
The Tech Support Clerk plays a key role in maintaining a secure exam environment and works to address technical and operational issues to ensure a smooth exam experience for students, faculty and staff. Note: this position is not applicable for undergraduate students.
We offer examinations throughout the academic year, with peak periods in December and April.
