Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media and Content Specialist to drive our digital presence, create compelling content, and engage our audiences across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand voice consistency, and producing high-quality content, including photography and videography, to enhance our online presence.
Role Objectives
The Social Media and Content Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, for multiple brands within our portfolio.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content—including videos, images, and written posts—for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, managing budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Capture high-quality video and photography content, ensuring professional, engaging, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Organize and maintain a structured content management system to efficiently store, retrieve, and repurpose digital assets.
- Actively monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source content, transforming it into compelling marketing materials.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers, executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns and tracking their impact.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously refine strategies.
- Travel to Rejuvenation clinic locations to capture content (up to 50% travel required).
- Comfortable working in a clinical setting, including exposure to medical treatments, procedures, and blood.

- Expert knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and content scheduling, including social media calendar management.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, managing multiple brand accounts across various platforms. (Experience with Sprout or similar social management tools is an asset.)
- Proven expertise in content creation, including video production, editing, photography, and SEO-optimized copywriting.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid social media campaigns, with proficiency in platform-specific advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel within Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario as needed.
