**What You'll Do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all members.
- Coordinate between internal resources and partners for successful completion of projects.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement strategies for risk management.
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
- Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders as necessary to facilitate successful project execution.
- Provide direction and support to field staff in completion of their tasks throughout project lifecycle.
- Review field reports and documents for accuracy and completeness to meet Quality Management System requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of project management experience in electrical / mechanical field.
- Minimum Technologist Diploma from a recognized College / Technology Institution. - C.Tech. or C.E.T designation with equivalent work experience residential / commercial sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems in commercial and high rise / multi-residential settings.
- Knowledge of metering technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of Measurement Canada regulations and standards is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
