This Senior IT Project Management opportunity is for a senior-level Information Technology professional and encompasses all facets of project management, client management, and team leadership. The Sr. IT PM for Business Services will be accountable for delivery of large
- and small-scale initiatives to our stakeholders as well as managing the client relationship from a delivery standpoint. In addition, the Sr. IT PM for Business Services will also work closely with the Quality Assurance Team, as well as other IT departments.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results**:

- Manage large, complex projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality
- Lead teams to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our clients
- Manage the financial aspects of all project initiatives, including costs and KPIs
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership and provide status updates and issue reports
- Plan projects or work packages by leading estimation efforts across all IT departments and third-party vendors
- Mobilize and manage teams to execute against project plans

Project Tracking, Reporting & Monitoring
- Track and provide project status and audit reports
- Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as necessary
- Oversee Project to ensure the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope, and on budget
- Ensure all program communications and status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership are conducted regularly

Project and Portfolio Prioritization
- Coordinate the project prioritization process to provide business project managers and their executive leaders with information that may impact strategic alignment
- Interface regularly with business project managers and executive leaders to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges
- Keep leaders up to date with project opportunities and risks
- Support the project by managing resource availability, capacity, skill sets, and project costs

**Work Location** : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON**Hybrid**- At least 2 days onsite weekQualifications:

- ** Background and Education**
- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business (MBA) and/or Technology
- More than 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery, an ability to improve project management practices by implementing new techniques and tools and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Project experience may include initiatives that span geographies or business lines, impact a significant number of employees and/or require reporting to shareholders
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Experience in Health Care is preferred
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders;
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
