**Project Manager
- Job Description**

Stratejm is a leader and innovator in the field of cybersecurity. Stratejm works with its clients; who are constantly under threat from cyber espionage, insider threats and other external threats, to help them improve their cybersecurity maturity and educate their employees. We are seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and work with clients on their various cybersecurity initiatives. **Responsibilities for Project Manager**
- Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables
- Creating a timeline of goals to be met
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Delegating project tasks to teams best suited to complete them
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and keep updated RAID log
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications for Project Manager**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
- 5-8 years of overall project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (MS Project, ServiceNow PPM preferred)
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
