We have an exciting opportunity for a **Franchise Operations Manager **based in our Mississauga office.

Corporate Operations Team to enhance brand standards, grow the Mr. Lube business, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team. This exciting position is viewed as an operations partner to our Franchisees and Mr. Lube Canada.

Fluency in the French language will be considered an asset.

**In this position you will**:

- Support franchisees as a business manager to help drive Mr. Lube's customer service standards, visit growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with franchisees and all store employees.
- In collaboration with Mr. Lube Canada, create business plans to achieve store targets.
- Work closely with Franchisees to resolve operational gaps and standards.
- Analyze data for franchisees to assist in the overall management of the business.
- Proactively determine current and future Franchisee requirements for business growth.
- Ensure all new corporate initiatives are implemented and supported within locations, train employees on products and services.
- Coach, counsel and provide best practice sharing from other Mr. Lube stores and ensure store performance is at an optimal standard.

**You bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in an automotive related organization at a regional level, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience leading and managing people.
- Good knowledge and practice of following system wide training programs and standards.
- Strong understanding of internal organizational policies.
- Previous experience and understanding of automotive and service retail environments and trends.
- Action oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and work independently.
- A proven track record of delivering results and following through on objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, which may be irregular at times
- Ability to travel within Canada is required

**Working Conditions**
- Generally Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST
- Travel is required
- Telecommuting is available
- Connectivity tools will be provided

*Quick Lube and Automotive industry experience are an asset

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
