Administrative Assistant and Receptionist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing reports and correspondence
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
**Requirements**:
- Previous office experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with data entry and clerical duties
- Ability to type efficiently with attention to detail for proofreading purposes
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in bookkeeping is a plus
Pay: $19.00-$22.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
