**Role Brief**

What is a Food Hall one might ask? Basically, it is a kitchen used by multiple operators to produce menu items for both take away and in house dining.

Coho is set to welcome guests to enjoy multiple concept menu items under one roof, warm hospitality and unparalleled service in White Rock BC. We are proud of the vendors who have partnered with us to showcase what they’ve got, along with a fine selection of local beers, wines and spirits from our neighbours. The menu is about bringing people, all people, together at the same table, enjoying a variety of different cuisines.

As the Manager, your key responsibilities will be to support the flow of all front of house operations. Most importantly, you will help to represent the Coho Brand as well as our partner vendors, exemplifying our values and integrating our operations into the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train and coach staff where necessary
- Manage staff performance following Coho’s established standards and procedures
- Organize and monitor staff schedule
- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with restaurant security procedures
- Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to
- Touching tables to resolve any issues
- Total sales receipts and reconcile with vendors
- Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
- Maintain business records
- Determine and execute operating improvements
- Check and order supplies of non-food items, beverages etc.
- Check the quality of deliveries and documentation with correct storage

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about food and beverage
- 2+ years of experience in a front of house management position
- Strong attention to detail
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership, team member management experience, motivational and people skills
- Ability to manage inventory
- Ability to remain productive and positive through adversity
- Available to work on-call shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays.
- License and ability to travel
