The Role:
As a managing server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

- ⁠ ⁠Creating a positive experience:
Greeting guests, taking orders, offering menu suggestions, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- ⁠ ⁠Service excellence:
Presenting food and beverages with enthusiasm and expertise, responding to guest questions, and overseeing restaurant shifts as mod.
- ⁠ ⁠Teamwork:
Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and a clean, safe environment for everyone.
- ⁠ ⁠Operations:
Setting and sanitizing tables, managing payments, and performing side work to maintain readiness, attending manager meetings.

What We're Looking For:

- ⁠ ⁠Experience: At least five years of server experience in comparable setting.
- ⁠ ⁠Skills: Strong communication, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- ⁠ ⁠Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- ⁠ ⁠Attitude: A commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
