**Role Brief**
Coho is set to welcome guests to enjoy a variety of locally crafted menu items for either dine-in or take-away in the beautiful setting of waterfront White Rock, BC. We pride ourselves on our selection of local fare through our food and drinks. The menu is about bringing people, all people, together at the same table, enjoying local, member driven products, feeding not only our palates, but feeding our souls as well.
As a kitchen supervisor at Zero Zero Pizza, your key responsibilities will be to support the flow of all back of house operations.
Our menu is an eclectic representation of a Neapolitan style pizzeria, focusing on three main points: house made dough, using ONLY San Marzano tomatoes and cooking them in our blistering hot forno oven. This role will ensure efficient, high-quality foodservice operations and support community objectives.
Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role is required, but training will also be provided.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient and professional service to all guests
Supervise the kitchen staff on shift
Ability to work in a team environment and a fast paced setting
Knowledgeable in proper floor maintenance practises
Adhere to recipes and standards of Coho Collective Kitchens
Well versed in CAYG and FIFO
Inventory and order supplies of food items
Check the quality of deliveries and documentation with correct storage
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and dish machine operation
Runs pre-service meetings daily
Train and coach staff where necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues
Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations as per Provincial Health and company standards.
Reports to the Food Hall Manager
**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Strong motivational and leadership skills.
