**Role Brief**

What is a Food Hall one might ask? Basically, it is a kitchen used by multiple operators to produce menu items for both take away and in house dining.

Coho is set to welcome guests to enjoy multiple concept menu items under one roof, warm hospitality and unparalleled service in White Rock BC. We are proud of the vendors who have partnered with us to showcase what they’ve got, along with a fine selection of local beers, wines and spirits from our neighbours. The menu is about bringing people, all people, together at the same table, enjoying a variety of different cuisines.

As a FOH counter team member, your key responsibilities will be to support the flow of all front of house operations. The role will entail taking orders from guests who come up to the counter, placing them through our Square point of sale, coordinating Uber Eats/Door Dash etc. pickups and running food. Most importantly, you will help to represent the Coho Brand as well as our partner vendors, exemplifying our values and integrating our operations into the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to and having your SIR
- Being comfortable in a customer facing environment
- Problem solving
- Total sales receipts and reconcile with vendors
- Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
- Running food
- Bussing tables
- Coordinating with delivery drivers
- CAYG (Clean As You Go), plus general cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, bathroom checks etc.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about food and beverage
- 1+ years of experience in a front of house position (host/bussing/serving etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Some food and beverage knowledge, training will also be provided
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Ability to assist with inventory
- Ability to remain productive and positive through adversity
- Available to work on-call shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays.
