**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front of house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front of house staff, including servers and bartenders.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor food safety practices and maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase repeat business.
- Maintain inventory levels for bar and dining supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to foster growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
